• Constl becomes first in India to successfully complete a 1.6 Tbps channel over NLD Network

To support the rapidly evolving demands of India’s digital economy, Constl, a subsidiary of Space World Group, has successfully completed a 1.6 Tbps channel transmission over a long haul network, powered by Ciena’s (NYSE: CIEN) WaveLogic 6 Extreme (WL6e).
Jointly executed by Constl and Ciena, the achievement marks a further advancement in optical network capacity in India and builds on their earlier 1 Tbps transmission in 2025, progressing to a 1.6 Tbps channel, also powered by WL6e technology.
