Advanced electro-optics designer Will Leckie introduces the dynamic modulation capabilities of Ciena's WaveLogic3 coherent optical processor. The live demo from Ciena's R&D lab in Ottawa shows the ability of Ciena's WaveLogic processor to dynamically switch between BPSK, QPSK and 16QAM coherent modulation formats based on the needs of the network operator.
