A year into a global pandemic that forced nearly everyone to adapt to working from home, Ciena conducted surveys among people living in the United States (U.S.), United Kingdom (UK), Latin America, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Japan in an effort to gather perceptions around home broadband, 5G, and cloud-based applications. The survey results reveal that the home will continue to be a hub for work and play and show optimism around 5G and bridging the digital divide.
