Before joining Ciena, Chad spent 20 years with the FBI, where he led some of the Bureau’s most impactful cyber operations, including the disruptions of botnets, the response to globally recognized ransomware attacks, and the investigation of significant nation-state intrusions. His work resulted in major nation-state indictments, global takedowns, and reduced cyber losses for organizations around the world.
