The early in career experience at Ciena
Ciena supports those early in their careers with new graduate development programs, co-ops, and internships across our business functions. Our Sales Development Program is a 12-month development program where individuals receive extensive training on Ciena’s products and services and get the opportunity to work alongside our account teams in a rotation-based learning structure. Our Marketing Development Program is a 24-month program that also provides training and a rotation-based learning structure as individuals gain experience working across teams within the marketing organization.
