Due to the criticality of the electric grid, power utilities need reliable service delivery over their IP/MPLS networks. In this case study, we look at how REN, responsible for running Portugal’s two main energy infrastructure networks - The National Electricity Transmission Grid (RNT) and the National Natural Gas Transportation Grid (RNTGN), uses Blue Planet Route Optimization and Analysis product to troubleshoot problems faster and maintain reliability in their network.
