Ciena Seeks To Protect Its Intellectual Property Rights; Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Nortel
Linthicum, MD — 01/18/2005Ciena® Corporation (Nasdaq: CIEN), the network specialist, filed a complaint in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division charging Nortel Networks with infringing on six patents related to Ciena's communications networking systems and technology.
