Habitat for Humanity – Alpharetta, Georgia

In early August 2007, volunteers from Ciena's Alpharetta office began work on building a new Habitat for Humanity home in Atlanta, Georgia. Construction was completed in the end of September, and the home now joins the more than 225,000 houses around the world built by Habitat, providing more than 1 million people in more than 3,000 communities with safe, decent, affordable shelter.
